Located in the grounds of Château de Vaugaudry, a wine estate in Chinon, the Gîte Cabernet is housed in a beautiful 19th century outbuilding, made of bricks and tuffeau. It can accommodate 6 people and is adjacent to Gîte Franc (4 people). You will appreciate the calm, the greenery and the beautiful view of the Chinon fortress.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the swimming pool, located in the vegetable garden just behind the Gîte.

A visit of the winery is offered on request to wine lovers, with a tasting of the property's wines.

On the ground floor, the gîte has a living room, a kitchen-dining room decorated with a very beautiful fresco representing the property a few centuries ago. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people: the first has a large bed (2 people); the second has two pull-out beds (80 cm). A bathroom (shower and sink) and a separate toilet complete the package.

Upstairs, a very pretty bedroom (1 bed for 2 people in 160) offers a beautiful view over the property; it also has an adjacent bathroom (bath, sink, toilet).
